A sunflower is a thousand individual flowers arranged in a spiral, opening from the outside in over weeks — which is why a single head can be in full bloom and fully spent at once, feeding foragers on one edge while the other has already set seed and gone dark. It is not a plant that dies all at once. It is a plant that shows you both states simultaneously and expects you to hold them together. Observe. Remember. Act.

The garment. Bella+Canvas 3001C. 4.2 oz combed and ring-spun cotton, 32 singles. Retail unisex fit, side-seamed. Printed DTF — the ink sits in the fabric, not on it. The design floats on the ground — the garment color completes the composition.

Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang. No iron on the print. Tend the conditions and it outlasts the season.
